Terms of Service

✔️ You in my Art Style✔️ Own/Original Character Designs (with or without reference as long as there is a provided details for the said character/s)✔️ Fanart
⭑⭑⭑ Please note that regardless of a given character design the art style may still appear different from the original but rest assured that the designs and colors will be followed like the original ⭑⭑⭑✔️ Semi NSFW✔️ My OC with your own OC canon

PAYMENTS
Payment should be done upfront whether full or 50% and the rest of the 50% can be sent after sketch and before the colors/rendering.✭ For VGen Clients, additional 5% for Sales Tax would be added.
REVISION
I am open for revisions however revisions can no longer be accepted when the final lineart is done, from lineart up to finishing the art only add-ons can be accepted.
DEADLINES
Commission Arts may take 1 - 2 month(s) depending on how complex or detailed the art must be and/or my availability (I may not work when I feel like I can't draw well on that day so that it would not affect the quality of the art.) but no more than 3 months.
⭑⭑⭑ BUT please do let me know if you need the art on a specific date while still inquiring so that I can check my availability and/or whether I can take the commission or not ⭑⭑⭑
USE
✭ You may use my art for your personal use such as reposting and/or uploading it elsewhere but please don't forget to give proper credits.
✭ Additonal of the base price per Commercial Use of Artwork (Example: If base price is 100, additional 100 for commercial use. Total would be 200)
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
(For non-commercial use and unless agreed upon for Commercial Use)I reserve all rights to the art, including, but not limited to: distribution, reproduction, and self-promotion. The act of redistributing, selling, profiting off of, copying, or claiming my art as your own / another person's is strictly prohibited.Copyright to the artwork is not transferred to the client.If any of these will be breached, legal action will be taken.
REFUND
✭ Commission will be declined upfront if I feel like I can not achieve or do the artwork.✭ Strictly no refund once commission has been placed
COMMUNICATION
If you desire to receive updates from time to time I will be maximizing the use of VGen's DMs but I can and I am sending updates through my Social Media Platforms specially on Instagram. Depends on what easily works for you.
